The Remnant Will Rise

Scripture

Isaiah 60:1–2 (NLT)
"Arise, Jerusalem! Let your light shine for all to see. For the glory of the Lord rises to shine on you.
Darkness as black as night covers all the nations of the earth, but the glory of the Lord rises and appears over you."

Devotion

The hour is dark—but so was the tomb.
And just as resurrection broke through when hope seemed lost, God is stirring His remnant to rise again.

We are not waiting for the world to get brighter—we are becoming the light in the midst of darkness. We were never called to reflect culture; we were called to reflect the glory of the Lord.

This Freedom Friday, we cry out for a Church that will arise with clarity, courage, and conviction. We pray for boldness to preach truth, strength to stand under pressure, and a deep well of compassion for the lost.

**We are not just praying for ourselves—**we are standing in the gap for our cities, for our state, and for our nation. We are asking the Lord to raise up burning ones in Brookville, in Dayton, in Eaton, in New Lebanon, in Columbus, and across every corner of America.

We cry out for revival in the public square, in classrooms, in courtrooms, and in Capitol buildings.
We declare awakening in rural towns and major cities alike.
We speak hope into neighborhoods overwhelmed by despair, and we call forth righteousness to rise again in our land.

Brookville needs light. So does Dayton, and Eaton, and New Lebanon.
So does Ohio. So does America.
And God has placed us here—not to observe, but to shine.

The remnant is rising—and the glory of the Lord will rise upon them.

Prayer Focus

  • Pray for a bold, burning Church that will not shrink back in the darkness.

  • Declare the glory of God over your region, city, and state.

  • Intercede for pastors, evangelists, and leaders to walk in the fire of the Holy Spirit.

  • Cry out for revival across the United States—spiritual awakening from the White House to the church house, from coast to coast.

  • Pray by name for your own community: Brookville, Dayton, Eaton, New Lebanon, Farmersville, Trotwood, Middletown, and every city connected to our people.

Declaration

We will arise and shine.
We will not blend into the darkness.
We are the remnant—and we carry the fire of revival.
Let Your glory rise upon us, Lord. Let it fall on our cities, on our homes, on Ohio, and on this generation.
Let the light of Christ shine again across America.
