3-Day Thanksgiving Fast: Prayer, Worship, and Gratitude

As we approach the Thanksgiving season, we are excited to announce a special opportunity for prayer and worship at Harvest Revival Center. From Thursday, November 14, 2024, at sunset until Sunday, November 17, 2024, at sunset, we will be hosting a 3-Day Thanksgiving Fast. This time of fasting and prayer is inspired by Acts 9:1-19 and Esther 4:16, focusing on drawing closer to God and expressing our gratitude for His blessings.

During this period, the sanctuary will be open for prayer and worship on Sunday, November 17, immediately following the morning service and will remain open through the evening until sunset. We invite everyone to join us, whether you choose to fast or not. Our goal is to create a sacred space where individuals can come and go as they please, engaging in quiet reflection, prayer, and personal worship. This is an opportunity to connect with the Lord in a private, respectful atmosphere.

We want to emphasize that while this fast is a meaningful time for many, it is not intended to overshadow our Thanksgiving Banquet happening immediately after service on November 17. This banquet is a cherished time for fellowship and and our church family, and we encourage everyone to partake in both the fast and the banquet in their own way.

At the conclusion of the fast on November 17, participants are invited to gather in the cafe to break bread together, sharing in a meal prepared from the Thanksgiving banquet held earlier that day.
