Harvest Revival Center's 3rd Annual Chili Cook-Off: A Spicy Success! 🌶️

A Little Friendly Fire…in the Kitchen 🔥

This year, eleven contestants served up their best chili recipes, each one packed with unique flavors and a dash of competitive spirit. Everyone who came had the tough job of tasting each dish and casting their vote. From mild to wild, the chilies brought a whole lot of variety to the table, and we are grateful for every cook who poured their heart (and secret ingredients!) into their creation.

Drumroll Please…🥁 The Winners Are:

1st Place - “Fire in the Hole” by Elizabeth Smith
Elizabeth’s chili lived up to its name and set tastebuds on fire (in the best way possible!). Her recipe wowed the crowd and took home the gold! 🏆

2nd Place - “Persia for Jesus” by Hoda Pourvali
Hoda's entry brought a unique twist to the table. Inspired by her Persian roots, this chili had just the right mix of spices and was a crowd favorite!

3rd Place - “Yo Be Tripp’n Ova Dis Chili” by Gabrielle Tripp
Gabrielle’s chili brought an unforgettable flavor that had people coming back for seconds…and maybe even thirds!

Thank You to All Who Joined!

A huge thank you to all the cooks who entered and to everyone who came out to support our youth group. The Chili Cook-Off has become one of those events that we look forward to all year, filled with laughter, fellowship, and maybe a few burning tongues. 😂

Thank you, Harvest family, for making this year’s cook-off unforgettable. Until next time, keep those chili recipes simmering and ready for next year’s competition!
