21 Days of Prayer & Fasting
21 Days of Prayer and Fasting
As we enter Year 7 of the ministry, we stand at the threshold of the HARVEST—a season marked by completion, transformation, and new beginnings. During these 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting, themed ‘Preparing for the Harvest,’ we are called to align our hearts with God’s purpose, submit to His refining process, and step into the abundant blessings He has prepared.
Just as grapes are pressed to produce new wine, we yield ourselves to the Vinedresser’s careful work, trusting Him to bring forth a fresh outpouring of His Spirit. Together, through prayer, fasting, and unity, we prepare to reap the harvest that is here and step boldly into the new season God has set before us.

Practical Ways to Fast
Not everyone can fast the same way, and that’s okay! Choose the type of fast that works for you. Below are some examples.
One Meal a Day: Skip two meals and spend that time in prayer.
Partial Fast (Daniel Fast): Avoid meats, sweets, and processed foods. Focus on vegetables, fruits, and water.
Eliminate Sugar or Caffeine: Deny cravings like coffee, soda, or sweets.
Water-Only Fast: Abstain from all food, consuming only water.
During these 21 days, let your focus remain on seeking God, praying, and aligning your heart with Him. You can read more about this here.
